PregWheel is a simple medical utility program for use in obstetrics. Given a Last Normal Menstrual Period (LNMP), Probable Date of Ovulation / Conception, or Due Date, this program can calculate the other two. The program assumes a term delivery is 280 days and that conception / ovulation occurs 14 days after the LNMP. It also stops calcualting status at 44 weeks. Using the set reference date (it defaults to the current date), the program can also tell you how far along a pregnancy is. SO, if a woman tells you her LNMP was 3/02/00, you can say she is xx weeks and xx days. You can change the reference date if needed (like if you saw a patient a few days ago, and need to know how far along she was then). I know this is a totally simple program, but hopefully it will be useful to you, and give you one less thing to carry in your pocket. (this was also my first attempt at programming, and you have to start small). I welcome suggestions, comments, etc. emailed to slade@sladeandmegan.com PregWheel is obviously freeware and can be distributed freely.
